摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量长效曲普瑞林对子宫内膜异位症术后的疗效。方法选择2015年10月—2016年10月我院收治的84例子宫内膜异位症手术患者,以随机数字表将其分为对照组(42例)与研究组(42例)。对照组术后应用3.75 mg/次的长效曲普瑞林治疗,研究组应用1.875 mg/次的长效曲普瑞林治疗。结果在治疗的总有效率比较中,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在药物副反应的发生率比较中,研究组9.52%,低于对照组30.95%(P<0.05)。结论小剂量与大剂量长效曲普瑞林的疗效相当,但小剂量应用的安全性更为理想。Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of longacting long-form on postoperative endometriosis. Methods 84 cases of endometriosis patients in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected. They were divided into control group（42 cases） and study group（42 cases） by random number table. The control group was treated with 3.75 mg/times long acting, and the study group was treated with 1.875 mg/times long dose of long loop therapy. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. In the comparison of the incidence of side effects, the study group was 9.52%, which was lower than that of the control group 30.95%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small dose and long dose of long-acting long-form is similar, but the safety of small dosage is more ideal.
