摘　　要：目的分析早期康复治疗在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月收治的40例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规神经内科治疗,在对照组基础上给予观察组患者早期康复治疗,对比两组疗效。结果相对于治疗前,两组患者治疗后的ADL评分、Fugl—Meyer评分均在很大程度上提高,并且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复治疗在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果显著,能够有效改善患者的肢体功能,将其生活自理能力提高。Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction were selected from January 2016 to January 2017 as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with routine treatment, on the basis, the control group was given early rehabilitation treatment, compared the curative effect of two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the ADL scores and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were greatly improved, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy is effective in patients with acute cerebral infarction. It can effectively improve the limb function and improve the self-care ability of the patients.
