摘　　要：目的分析急诊重症患者CT增强检查过程中的护理特点干预措施。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月—2017年4月收治的125例重症患者行急诊CT增强检查患者临床资料。结果本组125例患者均一次性完成检查,其中16例昏迷患者在生命体征监护下完成检查。结论急诊重症患者的CT增强检查的护理要求高于普通CT增强检查,需要强化对患者的病情观察,采取预见性、针对性的护理干预措施,确保患者高质量地完成检查。Objective To analyze the nursing characteristics and intervention measures in emergency intensive care unit（CT） examination. Methods The clinical data of 125 critically ill patients who underwent intensive CT examination from January 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 125 patients completed the examination at one time, of which 16 comatose patients completed the examination under vital signs. Conclusion The emergency patients with severe CT enhancement nursing requirements higher than ordinary enhanced CT examination, the need to strengthen the observation of the patient＇s condition, take the foresight, the nursing intervention measures for patients to ensure high quality complete inspection.
