续骨活血汤联合掌侧锁定钢板内固定对Barton骨折患者功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察续骨活血汤联合掌侧锁定钢板内固定对Barton骨折患者功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2011年1月—2013年9月本院收治的Barton骨折患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组各28例。对照组给予传统方法牵引复位后用石膏外固定治疗,观察组给予续骨活血汤联合掌侧锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:观察组手掌和腕关节功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组影像学恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.1%,对照组并发症发生率为32.1%,两组并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:续骨活血汤联合掌侧锁定钢板内固定能改善掌侧Barton骨折患者手掌和腕关节功能,改善术后愈合效果好,降低并发症发生率。Objective： To observe the influence of Bone-Setting and Blood-Activating Decoction combined with internal fixation with volar locking plates on the function recovery of Barton fracture patients. Methods： Totally 56 patients with Barton fracture treated in this hospital between January 2011 and September 2013 were randomized into control group and observation group, 28 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional traction and reposition and then plaster external fixation. Observation group were treated with Bone-Setting and Blood-Activating Decoction combined with internal fixation with votar locking plates. Results： The occurrence rate of complications was 7.1% in observation group and 32.1% in control group ; observation group were superior to control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bone-Setting and Blood-Activating Decoction combined with internal fixation with volar locking plates can improve the joint function of the palms and wrists of Barton fracture patients. The union result is excellent and the occurrence rate of complications is low.
