疏肝解郁汤治疗肝郁不疏证41例

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝解郁汤治疗肝郁不疏证的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2016年1—9月收治的肝郁不疏证患者82例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各41例,对照组每晚饭后口服盐酸帕罗西汀,每次20 mg,日1次,连续治疗8周,观察组服用疏肝解郁汤,两组均连续治疗8周,治疗结束后进行临床疗效评价,治疗前、治疗后4周和治疗后8周采用汉密顿抑郁量表(hamilton's depression scale,HAMD)评价患者抑郁状况。记录两组患者治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为92.68%,对照组有效率为70.73%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后4周和治疗后8周两组患者HAMD评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁汤治疗肝郁不疏证疗效显著,具有更高的安全性。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction （ SGJYD ） on stagnation of liver qi. Methods： Eighty-two patients with stagnation of liver qi who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2016 and Sept. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 41 cases m each group. The ones in the control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride for oral administration, 20mg each time, once a day, for 8 weeks continuously. The ones in the observation group took SGJYD. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks continuously. Then the clinical curative effects were estimated. The patients＇ depression conditions before the treatment, after 4 weeks＇ treatment and after 8 weeks＇ treatment were estimated respectively by using HAMD. The adverse reactions during the treatment period were recorded in the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%, while that of the control group was 70.73% ： And the difference between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. After 4 weeks＇ and 8 weeks＇ treatment, the two groups＇ HAMD scores decreased significantly （P 〈0.05 ）, and the observation group＇s HAMD score was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： SGJYD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on stagnation of liver qi, and higher security.
