摘　　要：深化完善政策性银行运行机制是提升社会资金配置总深化完善政策性银行运行机制是推进"十三五"时期金融业全面深化改革的关键环节。然而,目前我国的政策性银行在理论和实践层面都存在诸多问题。本文对政策性银行的本质属性和其产生发展的理论进行了梳理,对深化政策性银行改革的核心问题进行了深入探讨。Deepening and Perfecting the Policy Bank Operation Mechanism is the key link to Deepen the Reform of the Financial Industry in the Period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan.However.there is many problems in theory and practice level.Tliis paper analyzes the nature of policy banks and the theory of their development,and explores the core issues of deepening the reform of policy banks.
