摘  要:为了避免液力衡扭旋冲提速工具振动对本体部件的损坏,利用有限元分析软件对178型液力衡扭旋冲提速工具本体部件的三维有限元模型进行了模态数值模拟,求解出本体部件的前5阶固有频率及振型云图。通过分析模拟结果得出:工具工作振动频率与本体部件固有频率不耦合,本体部件不会与工具振动频率产生共振而破坏本体。模拟结果为工具振动工作状态下本体的安全性提供了理论支持,为设计改进及优化工具提供参考。In order to avoid destroying the bodies by the vibration of the hydraulic constant torque rotary percussion tool, the bodies' 3D models have been simulated by FEA software. The first five order natural frequencies and vibration types of bodies have been acquired. The results prove that the working vibration frequency doesn't couple with the natural frequency of bodies. The bodies won't be destroyed by the resonance because of working vibration. The theoretical supports for the safety of the tool on vibrating working state is provided in this paper. This paper provides references for the further improvement.
