摘　　要：为解决注水管柱所用封隔器存在验封困难的问题,研制了ZY341型可洗井自验封封隔器。该封隔器采用液压三级液缸坐封、上提油管解封;内、外中心管采取脱节式设计,解封力小;利用液体不可压缩原理设计的自验封机构可实现管柱内加压验封。试验和应用结果表明,封隔器的工作压差达到25MPa,配备高温胶筒后耐温可达150℃,解封力小于30kN。可为油田精细化注水作业提供可靠的封隔器。In order to solve the problem of seal-checked in water injection pipe string,the ZY341 self-checked packer for well flushing has been developed,ZY341 packer with three hydraulic fluid cylinder to set can be released by lifting tube. Sealing is safe and reliable, and the outer center tube disjointed style design,the releasing force is small. The self sealing mechanism of packer configu- ration uses the principle of liquid non compression to realize pressure seal in the pipe string. Re- sults of the test and application show that the working pressure difference of the packer reaches 25 MPa,the packer equipped with high temperature rubber can be resistant temperature 150℃, the releasing force is about 30 kN,which provides sealing test reliable packer for refining water injection in oil field.
