摘　　要：武陵山区是我国区域历史地理研究的"神秘地带"和薄弱环节,重要原因之一正是历史文献记载的稀少与零散。历史文献的整理是构建区域历史地理的前提,武陵山区的历史地理文献虽然十分零散,但通过搜集整理,可发现大体上可以划分为正史文献类、古代舆地文献类、古代诗歌文献类、出土文献类和地方志资料等,这些史料构成了武陵山区历史地理文献的基本框架和主体内容。整理、发掘这些杂芜零散的历史资料,对于尚待开垦的武陵山区历史地理研究无疑是一项十分重要的基础工作,需要国内外有志于此的学者共同努力。Wulingshan area is a mysterious zone and a weak linkage in the research of China's regional history and geography partly because of the shortage and discreteness of historical record. Categorization of historical document is the premise of constructing regional history and geography. Although the historical and geographical documents about Wulingshan area are scattered, they can still be categorized into official documents, archeological documents, ancient geographical documents, ancient poetry documents, unearthed documents and local chorography etc. All these historical materials make up of the basic frame and main content of historical and geographical documents about Wulingshan area. Categorizing and digging these data is undoubtedly important to the research of the history and geography of Wulingshan area, and it needs the scholars to make joint efforts.
