妇科术前聚乙二醇电解质散剂不同使用方法进行肠道准备的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较妇科术前聚乙二醇电解质散剂不同使用方法进行肠道准备的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的460例行妇科手术的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各230例。对照组患者单纯使用口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂进行术前肠道准备,观察组患者口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂+0.1%的肥皂水灌肠进行术前肠道准备。比较两组患者肠道清洁效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者肠道清洁总有效率为99.57%,明显高于对照组的95.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者腹胀、腹痛、恶心、里急后重、睡眠欠佳等不良反应比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂+1次0.1%的肥皂水清洁灌肠进行术前肠道准备临床效果满意,可操作性强,适用于妇科手术前肠道准备工作。Objective To explore the clinical effect of different methods of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in preoperative gut preparation for gynecologic operation. Methods A total of 460 cases of patients who received gynecological surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 230 cases in each group. The control group was treated with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in preoperative gut preparation, and the observation group was given polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder＋0.1% soapsuds enema in preoperative gut preparation. The intesti- nal cleaning effects and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The total intestinal clean- ing effective rate of the observation group was 99.57%, which was higher than 95.22% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in incidences of abdominal distension, nausea, abdominal pain, tenesmus and poor sleep between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Taking polyethylene glycol electrolytic powder orally＋0.1% soapsuds enema in preoperative gut preparation has remarkable clinical effect. It has the advantage of good operability, which is suitable for preoperative gut preparation before gynecological operation.
