氯吡格雷与拜阿斯匹林联合治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价氯吡格雷与拜阿斯匹林联合治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效及安全性。方法随机选取2013年3月至2016年3月我院收治的急性冠脉综合征患者80例,依据治疗方法将其分为氯吡格雷与拜阿斯匹林的联合治疗组和拜阿斯匹林的单独治疗组,每组40例。对两组患者的临床疗效、胸痛发作频率和持续时间、肌钙蛋白含量、心血管事件发生情况进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的胸痛发作频率、胸痛持续时间、肌钙蛋白含量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的胸痛发作频率、肌钙蛋白含量均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),胸痛持续时间显著短于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合治疗组患者的胸痛发作频率、肌钙蛋白含量均显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),胸痛持续时间显著短于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的心血管事件总发生率显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷与拜阿斯匹林联合治疗急性冠脉综合征安全有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin worship in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Methods Eighty cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were randomly selected and divided into combined treatment group （clopidogrel combined with aspirin worship, n=40） and single treatment group （aspirin worship, n=40） according to the treatment methods. The clinical efficacy, the frequency and duration of chest pain and troponin content, the occurrence of cardiovascular events of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of single treatment group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the frequency and duration of chest pain, and the troponin content between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the frequency of chest pain and troponin levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the duration of chest pain was significantly shorter than that before treatment （P〈0.05）; the frequency of chest pain and troponin levels in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the single treatment group （P〈0.05）, and the duration of chest pain was significantly shorter than that in the single treatment group （P〈0.05）. The total cardiovascular event rate was significantly lower than the single treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin worship is safe and effective in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.
