摘　　要：方案引入整合群构的理念,实现功能的协同运作和资源的自由共享,提升了政府部门的运作效率。布局上,以中轴对称方式来组织整体空间环境的秩序,并通过广场和庭院来打造出不同层级的空间结构,以此获得指向明晰而又丰富多变的空间体验,同时也契合了本地的气候特征。单体设计中,主楼置入巨大尺度的灰空间,串联起区域内的建筑、城市与景观空间,激活场地的同时创造出个性化的形态语言,而柱廊的设置、钢构与石材结合的精致构造、方圆要素的引入则带给了各建筑古典和现代相结合的独特美学气质。设计基于项目的具体情况,在规划、空间、景观、形式各个层面进行了探索,为当代政府机构办公楼的创作提供了新的视角。The design is taking integrated construction into its biggest concern to achieve function cooperative use and resource sharing, thus improving the efficiency of the government operation. In terms of layouts of the site, it gains various space experience within a clear order by arranging the space order in a symmetric way and creating different space structure level by combination of squa^es and courtyards. At the same time, it fits the climate characteristics of the site, In perspective of building, massive ＂grey space＂ has been placed in the main building which connects all buildings in the field with city space and landscape space. It makes the site energetic and creates a form style of fts own. A series of pillar, detailed design for combination between steels and stones ant] introduction the elements like square and circle give the building a beauty in both classical ways and modem ways. Besides, based on the project＇s information, the design is seeking breakthrough in urban design, space organization, landscape design and architectural form to create a new way for the modern government office buildings.
