多维度视角下站区更新设计探索——以焦柳铁路邓州站为例

摘　　要：为适应城市自身发展及城市外部交通格局的重构,城市交通枢纽地区急需进行改造和更新。因此,邓州市以新建站点为契机,对邓州站站区进行更新改造,力求将邓州站打造成为邓州市城市门户,物流展示中心,既有车站更新带动城市复兴的示范性项目。该文分别从铁路对城市空间演变的影响,三站统筹下的邓州站功能定位,站区用地现状及土地权属,站区交通需求,站区及其周边物流需求等多维度视角对邓州站更新设计具体展开介绍。In order to adapt to the development of the city itself and the reconstruction of the urban external traffic pattern, the urban transportation hub area is badly in need of renovation and renewal. We view the city＇s new site as an opportunity, and carry out renovation on Dengzhou station area, hope to build Denflzhou railway station as Dengzhou city＇s portal, logistics exhibition center, a demonstration project of city renaissance. With the influence of railway on the spatial evolution of city, the function orientation of Dengzhou railway station under the three station, land use status and land ownership of station, and its surrounding traffic demand, logistics demand, we introduce Dengzhou railway station area renewal from multidimensional perspective.
