高校引领支撑创新驱动发展的理性思考与路径选择

摘　　要：实施创新驱动发展战略为高校带来了新机遇和新挑战。美俄高校服务国家创新发展的历史经验和政治论高等教育哲学为高校引领支撑创新驱动发展提供了借鉴参考与正当性基础。研究认为,应当将创新主体互动生成的创新活动流程化,提高创新链条各环节之间的联系和融合程度,基于创新链的一体化设计,一方面重点深化传统高校科技运行机制综合改革,另一方面面向国家重大战略创建一种新型高校。The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy puts forward new tasks and new requirements for colleges and universities development. The historical experience of colleges and universities serving for national innovation development in America and Russian as well as politics on higher education philosophy provide reference and legitimacy foundation for the university to lead the innovation driven development. Innovation activities produced during the process of innovation objects interaction should be processed, links and integration between the industrial chains, should be enhanced. Based on the integrated design of innovation chain, deepening the traditional university science and technology operation mechanism reform, and creating a new type of university orientating national major strategies.
