我院2013～2016年中药注射剂销售及合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院中药注射剂近4年的销售使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2013~2016年中药注射剂的品规(种)数、销售金额、药物使用频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、序号比等进行统计分析。结果:该院品规(种)数2016年下降明显,且销售金额逐年下降;理血剂、血栓通(250mg)销售金额分别占据各类中药注射剂及单品种销售排名榜首;DDDs排名前10位中,理血剂占50%,其中2013年为6个品种,其他年份均有5个品种;血栓通(250 mg)DDDs排名历年均为第一,序号比为1,显示使用频率及同步性均较好,血栓通和丹参的DDC值平均为60元,经济性较好。结论:我院中药注射剂销售使用基本合理,销售金额整体呈下降趋势,但其合理性、安全性、经济性仍有不足,需进一步加强管理。Objective： To understand the sale and use of traditional Chinese medicine injection in the past 4 years, and to provide refer- ence for rational drug use. Methods： Statistics and analysis were made on the quality regulations （ types）, sales amount, DDDs, DDC and serial number of Chinese medicine injections from 2013 to 2016. Results： The number of varieties in the hospital decreased signifi- cantly in 2016, and the amount of sales decreased year by year; Blood regulating agent, xueshuantong （250mg） the amount of sales all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections and occupy the top sales of single species ; DDDs in the top ten, and blood regulating a- gents occupy half, which in 2013 there were 6 other varieties. There were 5 varieties;Xueshuantong ranked first in DDDs each year, the serial number ratio is 1, display frequency and synchronization are good. The average value of xueshuantong and danshen is about 60 yuan, thus has a fine economy. Conclusion： The sale and use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in this hospital are basically rea- sonable, and the sale amount is overall downward trend, but its rationality, safety and economy are still insufficient, and further manage- ment should be strengthened.
