基 金:校级教改课题:ARCS动机模式对运动弱势大学生体育行为干预的实验研究
摘 要:采用文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法、问卷调查法等对赣南师范大学运动弱势大学生群体的行为特征以及影响因素进行全面的分析和研究。结果表明,运动弱势群体参加体育锻炼的行为水平相对来说处于低下水平——体育消费能力偏低、体育信息获取能力较差且自身体育意思相比明显不足,且大多数人对于体育锻炼不感兴趣。其主要原因主要是由内因、外因两个方面构威——内因是由于运动弱势群体大学生自身的身体素质较差,心理因素的作用使他们厌恶体育,排斥体育,以及周边的就业压力,毕业压力等因素的影响;学校体育教育的不重视、体育消费能力的薄弱,以及体育设施的不完善和体育课的教材创新不够和不全面是最主要的外因。This article mainly uses the method of documentary,interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey and other research methods to comprehensively investigate and analyze the characteristics and influence factor of sports vulnerable groups of college students in Gannan Normal University.The research shows that those students' behavior level to participate in physical exercise is relatively low—with low sports consumption,low ability to acquire sports information and relatively poor awareness of sports.Moreover,many people are not interested in physical exercise.The main reason is mainly composed of internal and external causes.Internal cause is that the physical quality of sports vulnerable groups of college students is poorer.The role of psychological factors make they hate sports,exclude sports,and these students are pressed by the high pressure of employment and graduation.The main external cause is that school sports education is not valued and sports consumption ability is weak.And sports facilities are lacked and the teaching material of PE class is lack of innovation and it is not comprehensive.
