摘 要:目的了解句容市肠道线虫感染情况,为制定经济有效的防制策略提供依据。方法采用改良加藤涂片法检测肠道线虫虫卵,1粪2检。2016年10月在句容市选取5个乡镇,各选取1个村,监测500名以上常住人口肠道寄生虫感染情况。结果调查2 539人,阳性粪便33份,阳性率为1.29%。感染虫种主要包括钩虫、蛔虫和鞭虫,其中钩虫感染率最高,为1.10%,每克粪便的虫卵数(EPG)高达14 400,鞭虫最低,为0.08%。5个乡镇中,茅管镇感染率最高,为2.71%,宝华和边城镇最低,为0.39%,不同乡镇居民肠道线虫感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论句容市肠道线虫总体感染率达到有效控制标准,但是单虫感染率和感染度仍较高。Objective To understand the current status of intestinal nematode infection in Jurong city,so as to provide the basis for working out economic and effective strategies for its prevention and control. Methods The intestinal nematode eggs were detected by using modified Kato-Katz technique,one stool two checks.In October 2016,five towns were selected in Jurong city,to choose an administrative village in each township for detection of intestinal parasite infection in more than 500 permanent residents. Results A total of 2 539 people were surveyed,33 specimens of stool were positive,the positive rate of intestinal nematodes was 1.29%.The main parasite species were hookworm,roundworm and whipworm.Among them,the infection rate of hookworm was the highest,at 1.10%.And the highest EGP was 14 400.The infection rate of Maoguan town was the highest,at 2.71%,and Baohua and Biancheng towns were the lowest,at 0.39%.There were significant differences in the infection rate of intestinal nematode among residents in different towns(P〈 0.01). Conclusion The overall infection rate of intestinal nematode has reached effective control standards,but the single infection rate and infection degree are still high.
