摘  要:目的识别、分析山东省某企业玻纤池窑技术改造项目职业病危害,评估职业病危害防护措施的设计情况,为项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议,为职业病防治工作提供技术依据。方法 2016年10月主要采用类比法、检查表法等进行综合分析以及定性和定量评价。结果该生产项目存在的主要职业病危害因素有矽尘、人造玻璃质纤维粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、氟化氢、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸、环氧氯丙烷、丙酮、氧化钙、噪声、高温和工频电场,其中配合料岗位矽尘总粉尘浓度超标,超限倍数值22.1倍,空压机房噪声超标,8h等效声级85.4dB(A),关键控制点是矽尘、噪声。结论山东省某企业的玻纤池窑技术改造项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。Objective To Identify and analyze the occupational hazards in a glass fiber production project,Shandong province,assess the design of occupational hazards protection measures,so as to provide the necessary occupational occupational hazards protection countermeasures and recommendations for the project design,and provide technical basis for occupational disease prevention and control. Methods In October 2016,the analogy method and checklist method were mainly adopted for comprehensive analysis,qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in the production project were silicon dust,man-made fiber dust,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,nitrogen dioxide,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen fluoride,benzene,toluene,xylene,acetic acid,epichlorohydrin,acetone,CaO,noise,high temperature and power frequency electric field,among them,the total dust concentration of silica dust exceeded the standard,and the excursion limit was 22.1in the compound position,the noise of the air compressor room also exceeded the standard,and the LEX,8hwas 85.4dB(A),the critical control points were silicon dust and noise. Conclusion Technical transformation project of a glass fiber pool-stove,Shandong province is a construction project with severe occupational hazards.
