摘 要:为了解安徽省不同地区规模化猪场猪等孢球虫感染情况,采用镜检法和套式PCR法对500份分离的猪粪便样品进行检测,并对获得的阳性PCR产物进行测序和分析,确定猪等孢球虫的流行情况。PCR扩增及序列分析显示有66份阳性产物为猪等孢球虫。安徽省猪等孢球虫阳性率分别为4.20%(镜检法)和13.20%(套式PCR法)。猪场阳性率分别为71.43%(镜检法)和100.00%(套式PCR法)。断奶仔猪阳性率(29.76%)极显著高于保育猪(9.90%)和育肥猪(2.60%)(p<0.01),保育猪阳性率也显著高于育肥猪(p<0.05)。该调查结果显示猪等孢球虫在安徽省规模化猪场普遍存在。To investigate the prevalence of Isospora suis in Anhui province,500 fecal samples were examined for the presence of I.suis by microscopic examination and nested PCR.The sequence analysis of the 66 PCR products detected in this study displayed 100%identity with the 18S rDNA gene of I.suis.4.20%(21/500) faecal samples were positive by microscopy examination,but 13.20%(66/500) faecal samples were positive by PCR detection.Microscopic analysis showed the presence of I.suis oocysts in 5 farms(71.43%),and PCR displayed the all 7 farms were positive for I.suis(100%).The prevalence was significantly higher in suckling piglets than nursery pigs and fattening pigs(p〈0.01),and the positive rate in nursery pigs were also significantly higher than that in fattening pigs(p〈0.05).These data demonstrated that the I.suis infection remain ubiquitous in large-scale pig farms in Anhui province.
