摘　　要：在对农村电商培训相关研究综述的基础上,基于福建省134个样本的调查,分析农民林业专业合作社社员电商培训的需求,探讨电商培训存在的问题。提出的相应对策建议包括:分层次开展培训,强化师生互动和实践;优化培训内容设计,合理安排培训规模;高度重视培训后跟进回访,强化效果评估;整合培训资源,加强师资水平考核。On the basis of the research on the electronic business training in rural areas,the paper analyzed the requirement and the problems of forestry specialized cooperative members by means of the 134 samples in Fujian. Finally the paper drew the conclusion and put forward the policy suggestions： train at different levels,strengthen the practise and the interaction between teachers and students,optimize the design and training size,attach much importance to the training evaluation and return,integrate training resources and strengthen teacher＇s assessment.
