采收期对河西走廊产板蓝根产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同采收期板蓝根产量和检测成分(R,S)-告依春含量变化,确定河西走廊民乐县栽培板蓝根的最佳采收期。方法:采用单因素试验,设置9月1日、9月11日、9月21日、10月2日、10月12日、10月22日、11月2日、11月12日和11月22日9个采收时期,室内测定板蓝根药材产量,高效液相色谱法测定(R,S)-告依春含量,比较各时期差异。结果:板蓝根根干重随生长天数呈现"S"型曲线变化趋势,符合Logistic生长模型,方程为y=11.606/(1+e^(3.385-0.0301x))(R^2=0.9506,P<0.01);9月产量最低,单株产量仅5.2~6.759 g,11月产量最高,单株产量达9.79~9.96 g;(R,S)-告依春含量10月12日最低,为0.008%,11月12日最高,达0.083%,并显著高于其他采收期;综合产量和(R,S)-告依春含量最佳采收期应为11月10~18日。结论:民乐县板蓝根的最佳采收期为11月中旬。Objective：To study the dynamics trends of yield and the quality of epigoitrin from Isatis indigotica root in different har- vest periods, in order to research the best harvest time of cultivated Isatis indigotica root in Minle County of Hexi Corridor. Methods ： Sin- gle-factor method was used to research the influence of harvest time on the yield and quality of lsatis indigotica root. The harvest time was located on September 1 st, September 11, September 21, October 2, October 12, October 22, November 2, November 12, November 22, and determined the growth and composition indexes in each harvest time, and the HPLC method was used to detected the content of epigoitrin, comprehensive evaluation model was established according to the yield and composition. Results ： The yield of Isatis indigotica root presented a gradual increasing tendency with the prolonging of harvest periods. The root dry weight fitted to a logistic equation, and the equation was y = 11. 606/（ 1 ＋ e3.385 -0. 0301x ） （ R2 = 0. 9506, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The yield of lsatis indigotica root reached its lowest point in September, the yield per plant was 5.2 -6. 759 g;and the dry root weight reached the maximum in November, the yield per plant was 9. 79 - 9. 96 g,which indicated that November was the best harvest time. Epigoitrin content reached to the lowest point（0. 008% ）on October 12 and the level was lower than the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Epigoitrin content reached to the highest point （0. 083 % ）on November 12 which was significant higher than other harvest periods. Considering of active ingredients and the maximize yield of Isatis indigotica root, the best harvest time of lsatis indigotica root was between November 10 to 18. Conclusion：The results indi- cate that, the optimal harvest time for Isatis indigotica root should be in the middle of November.
