摘 要:目的:为科学指导林蛙养殖,并提供哈蟆油质量评价的理论依据,对中国林蛙与黑龙江林蛙体重与哈蟆油产量相关性及哈蟆油膨胀度差异性进行对比研究。方法:采集3年生的雌性中国林蛙100只、雌性黑龙江林蛙50只,采用鲜蛙取油法和干蛙取油法获得3种哈蟆油样品,测定3种哈蟆油样品膨胀度;采用SPSS 17.0统计学软件,分析中国林蛙体重、黑龙江林蛙体重与产油性能的相关性,比较3种哈蟆油膨胀度的差异性。结果:中国林蛙及黑龙江林蛙的体重与哈蟆油产量呈极显著正相关;3种哈蟆油在室温水浸8 h后的膨胀度存在显著差异。林蛙体重与哈蟆油产量具有极显著正相关;3年生雌性中国林蛙的哈蟆油产量为(1.04±0.31)g,显著高于3年生雌性黑龙江林蛙产量(0.73±0.34)g;2种林蛙的干油产率分别为(2.88±0.44)%和(2.95±0.71)%,没有显著差异。结论:依据在室温水浸8 h后的膨胀度可以区分鲜蛙取油法和干蛙取油法的哈蟆油样品,但2种取油方法对哈蟆油性状质量无显著影响。Objective:To evaluate the quality of oviductus and guiding for Rana temporaria chensinensis farming, the relevance of the weight and the performance of producing oviductus between Rana temporaria chensinensis and Rana amurensis, and differentiation of swelling capacity from fresh rana and dry rana were compared. Methods :To measure the swelling capacity of three samples,the 100 fe- male Rana temporaria chensinensis aged three years old were collected,in which concluding of 50 female Rana amurensis. The samples were extracted from fresh rana and dry rana individually, and then the data was analyzed with the software of SPSS 17. 0. The relevance between the weight and the performance of producing oviductus was analyzed and the differentiation of the swelling capacity of these samples was compared. Results: The relevance between the weight and the performance of producing oviductus of Rana temporaria chensinensis and Rana amurensis was significant positive. The swelling capacity of three samples was significant different after watering out for 8 h at room tempetature. The relevance between the weight and the output of oviductus was significant positive. The output of ovi- ductus 3-year-old female Rana temporaria chensinensis was( 1.04 ±0. 31 ) g,and it was significantly higher than the output of oviductus of 3-year-old female Rana amurensis which was ( 0. 73 ±0. 34 ) g. The output of dry oviductus was ( 2. 88 ± 0. 44 ) % and ( 2. 95 ± 0. 71 )% individually,and there were no significant difference. Conclusion:The samples extracted from fresh rana and dry rana can be distinguished on the condition of watering out for 8 h at room tempetature, but the two methods have no significant influence on the qual- ity of oviductus.
