摘 要:目的:优选斑蝥的超微粉碎工艺。方法:以斑蝥素含量和粉体粒径D_(90)的总评归一值(OD)为评价指标,将入磨时含水量、粉碎时间、介质填充率作为考察因素,通过Box-Behnken效应面法优选斑蝥超微粉碎工艺,并考察斑蝥超微粉碎前、后斑蝥素的含量。结果:优选出斑蝥的最佳超微粉碎工艺为:入磨时含水量为6.0%,粉碎时间为17 min,介质填充率为70%;斑蝥超微粉碎前、后斑蝥素的含量分别约为0.3905%、0.4885%。结论:通过Box-Behnken效应面法和总评"归一值"优选出的斑蝥超微粉碎工艺合理可行、预测性良好,可为斑蝥的粉碎工艺提供参考。Objective: To optimize ultrafine grinding process of Mylabris phalerata. Methods: The Box-Behnken design-response surface methodology was adopted to optimize ultrafine grinding process of Mylabris phalerata with moisture content, grinding time and medium as investigate factors, the overall desirability(OD) of cantharidin content and powder particle size D90 as indexes, and the can- tharidin content before and after smashed was investigated. Results:The optimization ultrafine grinding process was as follows, the mois- ture content was 6%, finding time was 17 min, medium was 70% ;the cantharidin content before and after were 0. 3905% ,0. 4885%, respectively. Conclusion :This optimized uhrafine grinding process proves to be reasonable and good predictability by Box-Behnken de- sign-response surface methodology and the overall desirability, and it can provides reference for grinding process of Mylabris phalerata.
