摘　　要：手动岩石可钻性测试仪可以在室内条件下对各种岩石的硬度等级进行评定,可有效减少作业费用及作业风险;同时可以较好地模拟实际作业工况,通过实验得到的数据可以较好地指导现场作业施工。手动岩石可钻性测试仪运用DPS技术实现钻进过程的自动控制,主要由岩样夹持系统、微钻头、旋转装置、钻压模拟系统、数据采集及控制系统等组成。The manual rock drillability test device can be used to assess hardness level of various rocks under room conditions,which can effectively reduce the operation cost and risk. And it can simulate the actual operating condition much better. The data from experiments can be used to guide the field operations. The manual rock drillability test device can realize the automatic control of drilling process through DPS technology,and the device mainly consists of rock sample holding system,micro drill,rotating device,drilling pressure simulation system,data acquisition and control system,etc.
