摘 要:选用胶衣预涂+真空导入成型法制备不同试件,分别为环氧树脂与相同体系、不同体系的阻燃胶衣匹配,对各试件进行冷热交替循环(+80℃和-50℃)验证其匹配性,包括阻燃胶衣表面质量及其附着力。得出:体系不同的树脂和阻燃胶衣匹配,二者的膨胀系数/收缩系数存在差异极易导致其表面出现裂纹,体系相同的树脂和阻燃胶衣匹配,若阻燃胶衣是该体系下非相应的环氧树脂调配而成,二者的膨胀系数/收缩系数也存在差异会导致表面出现裂纹;若阻燃胶衣为该体系下相应的环氧树脂调配而成,二者的膨胀系数/收缩系数近似一致,其表面质量良好,胶衣表面局部出现的裂纹不影响其附着力,但裂纹区域影响制品的外观和使用寿命。结合阻燃胶衣的物理性能应选择密度在1.0~2.0 g/cm^3范围内、表干时间≥20 min、相同体系下相应树脂调配而成的阻燃胶衣与该树脂进行匹配。Specimens have been prepared using pre-coating and VARI method, which contains epoxy resin combined with flame-retardant gel coat from the same system or different system. The specimens are heated and frozenvia the alternating cycles (80 ℃ and -50 ℃) to verify their compatibility, including surface quality and adhesion of flame-retardant gel coat.The results show that the combination of different resin system and flame retardant gel coat, which are different in terms of expansion coefficient or shrinkage of specimen. The combination of the same coefficient, might easily lead to the cracks on the surface resin systemand flame retardant gel coat, which are also different in terms of expansion coefficient or shrinkage coefficient if the flame-retardant gel coat is prepared by non-homologous resin under the same system, might lead to the cracks on the surface, and if flame-retardant gel coat is prepared by homologous resin under the same system, the expansion coefficient or shrinkage coefficient is similar to resin, thus the quality of surface is good. The local crack defects do not affect its adhesion, but the crack area influence the appearance of the product and service life. Combing with the physical properties of flame-retardant gel coat, the flame-retardant gel coat prepared by homologous resin under the same system, with its density in the range of 1.0-2.0g/cm3, the dust-free time more than 20 min can be chosen as it is compatible with resins.
