摘 要:本文以低质猪油为原料,合成了一系列不同磺化程度的皮革加脂剂产品。分析了产品的理化性能,基本确定了不同磺化程度对产品乳液稳定性、乳液粒度、耐酸、耐盐稳定性、乳化力等性能的影响;同时对产品的加脂性能进行了研究,得出当SO_3结合率达4.78%时,加脂效果最优,该产品相比其他几种市售产品也表现出更为优良的加脂性能。The leather fatliquor was synthesized by chlorination and sulfonation with inferior lard. The products with different sulfonation degree were synthesized. The relationships between sulfonation degree and physical properties, such as emulsion stability, emulsion particle size, acid-resistant stability, salt-resistant stability as well as emulsification ability were analyzed. And the fat liquoring performance was also studied to find out the product with best result, when the SO3 group content was 4.78%. The product with the same sulfonation degree showed better fat liquoring performance than other commercial products.
