摘　　要：民间剪纸艺术已经陆续入选非物质文化遗产名录,这是人类历史文化的积淀。随着经济的全球化趋势日益加强,民间剪纸艺术的产业化发展过程中知识产权保护的法律问题日渐凸显。结合民间剪纸艺术自身及其产业化的特点,阐述其发展现状和存在的问题,分析知识产权保护的必要性和可行性,结合我国法律制度的发展提出一些具体的对策建议。Shanxi folk paper-cutting art has been elected to the provincial intangible cultural heritage list,which is the accumulation of human history and culture. However,as the globalization trend of the economy is increasing,the legal problems of intellectual property protection in shanxi folk paper-cutting art are becoming more and more prominent. In this paper,combining with the characteristics of shanxi folk paper-cut art itself and its industrialization,expounds the present situation and existing problems of development,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the protection of intellectual property rights,combined with the development of the legal system of our country put forward some concrete countermeasure and the suggestion.
