中国城市土地利用效率测度及其动态演进特征

摘　　要：运用包含非期望产出的SBM模型和Kernel密度估计分析方法分析中国大陆31个省市2001—2014年城市土地利用效率的时空格局及其动态演进。结果表明：（1）总体而言,中国城市土地利用效率呈波动式上升态势,地区间城市土地利用效率变化轨迹差异显著,其中,东、西部地区城市土地利用效率呈上升趋势,中部地区城市土地利用效率呈下降趋势;（2）城市土地利用效率空间格局由2001年东部效率高,中部、西部地区效率低的特征演变为＂吉林—内蒙古—青海—西藏＂和＂山东—江苏—上海—浙江—福建—广东—海南＂的两个高水平值带状分布;（3）中国城市土地效率在研究期内呈两级分化的空间非均衡特征,极化程度先减弱后加剧,集聚类型呈高值集聚、低值集聚交替;（4）三大区域城市土地利用效率核密度函数在形状、位置和峰度的变化轨迹均差异显著,说明城市土地利用效率的时空格局及其演进路径存在地域差异。Using SBM model and kernel density estimation to analyze the spatial-temporal pattern and dynamic evolution of urban land use efficiency in China＇s 31 provinces（autonomous regions and municipalities） from 2001 to 2014. The result shows that： 1）Utilization efficiency of China＇s urban land is in upward trend in general, the changing track of urban efficiency is differences among different areas, Utilization efficiency of eastern and western region of urban land are in upward, and Utilization efficiency of central region of urban land is in downward. 2）Spatial pattern of utilization efficiency of China＇s urban land is that eastern region is high and western and central region is low in2001, However, It evolves as two zonal distribution features which is＂Jilin-Inner Mongolia-Qinghai-Tibet＂and＂Shandong-JiangsuShanghai-Zhejiang-Fujian-Guangdong-Hainan＂. 3）Polarized spatial inequality of is obvious for utilization efficiency of China＇s urban land in the research period, and the degree of polarization is subdued before anabatic. Gathering type is without regularly. 4）The kernel density function of utilization efficiency of three regional urban land in the shape,position and kurtosis are significant difference, spatial-temporal pattern and evolution path is regional differences.
