摘　　要：介绍了铜铝复合材料的制备工艺及应用,总结了其界面复合机理、界面层的形成过程、界面层金属间化合物的形成与长大规律及其对复合材料物理和力学性能的影响,并对铜铝复合材料的研究方向及发展趋势进行了展望。The preparation technology and application of copper/aluminum composite were introduced.It was summarized for mechanism of interface combination,formation process of interfacial layer,the formation and growth rule of intermetallic compounds in interface layer and its effects on the physical and mechanical properties of composites.Finally,the research direction and development trend was proposed.
