摘　　要：对锌合金抽屉拉手压铸件进行了工艺分析,介绍了卧式热室压铸机用压铸模的模具结构设计、分型面选择、浇注系统设计和脱模机构设计过程,阐述了该模具的工作原理和结构特点,对卧式热室压铸机用压铸模设计具有一定参考价值。The process of die casting zinc alloy handle was analyzed,and design process of mould structure,parting surface selection,gating system design and design of stripping mechanism of die-casting die for die-casting chamber presser were introduced.The working principle and structural characteristics of the mould were described,which provided a reference for die casting mould design of the horizontal hot chamber presser.
