摘 要:现有的基于专家系统的电网故障诊断系统受制于故障信息中的不确定性因素,如故障信息出现信道传输错误或信号时标差异较大等,实际应用效果较差。针对此问题,建立了基于实际信道的故障诊断信息模型,提出了将专家系统与信息论相结合的故障诊断新方法。将传统严格基于规则匹配判断的专家系统转变为数值计算方法,使得诊断过程既不受信号时标影响,也能对信息传输中的各种不确定性进行定量描述。基于所提出的算法开发的电网故障诊断系统已成功应用于泉州电网。应用结果表明,该方法可以解决信息的模糊性和实际通信中的不确定性问题,即使远动通信中出现了较大的干扰,也能输出合理的诊断结果。The existing fault diagnosis system of power grid based on expert system is subject to the uncertainties of fault information,such as the transmission error of communication channel or the great difference in the signal timescales,thus a poor application effect is caused in practice.To solve this problem,an information model of fault diagnosis is established based on the real communication channel,and a new fault diagnosis method is presented by combining the expert system with information theory.Furthermore,the traditional expert system based on strict rule matching judgment is transformed into a numerical computation method,which makes the diagnosis process not influenced by the signal time-scales and can describe a variety of uncertainties existing in the transmission of information quantitatively.The fault diagnosis system of power grid developed in this paper has been applied to Quanzhou Grid successfully.Application results show that the proposed method can solve the ambiguity of information and the uncertainties existing in the real communication;even there exists great interference in the telecontrol communication,reasonable diagnosis results can be output.
