摘 要:目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T基因多态性与男性不育的相关性。方法选取少、弱精症患者66例和无精症患者74例为实验组,精液正常且有正常孕育史的男性96例为对照组,分析MTHFR C677T基因多态性在三组中分布的差异。结果与对照组相比,少、弱精组中MTHFR C677T各基因型的频率差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,无精组中MTHFR C677T各基因型的频率差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论在少、弱精症患者、无精症患者和健康人中,基因多态性分布无显著差异,叶酸代谢相关基因MTHFR基因C677T多态性与男性不育是否相关还有待进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the association of MTHFR C677 T with male infertile in Xiamen area. Methods:The experimental group included 66 males with oligozoospermia and 74 males with azoospermia. The control group included 96 fertile males with sperm quality and normal fertility.To analyze the differences in the frequency of genetic polymorph of MTHFR C677 T in the 3 groups. Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of the(MTHFR)C677T genotypes between oligozoospermia groups and controls(P0.05);No difference was found in the gene frequency of the(MTHFR)C677T genotypes between azoospermia groups and controls(P0.05). Conclusion:This study suggests that the gene polymorphism which involed in folic metabolism(MTHFR C677T)was not significantly different from the males with azoospermia、oligozoospermia and controls and whether the metabolism related genes are the risk factors of male infertile need to be further discussed.
