摘  要:目的本课题对卵巢低反应患者进行经皮穴位电刺激(transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation,TEAS)进行为期3个月的干预,观察卵巢低反应患者血清性激素水平、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、窦卵泡数的影响。结果 TEAS组、人工周期组患者治疗后在基础内分泌、AMH水平、窦卵泡数方面较治疗前的差异有统计学意义,治疗后TEAS组与人工周期组相比较在基础内分泌、AMH水平、窦卵泡数、肾虚症状方面相比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论卵巢低反应患者进行经皮穴位电刺激的干预可以对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴起到良性的调节作用,改善患者内分泌水平,提高卵巢反应,该研究结果为卵巢低反应患者的卵巢功能的改善提供了新的治疗方法。Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of transcutanclus electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)changes in serum sex hormone sinus follicular number and AMH of the patients with ovarian poor response.Methods:90 cases of women diagnosed of ovarian low response were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in the TEAS group,30 cases in the medicine artificial cycle group,30 cases in the blank group.Medicine artificial cycle group were offered western medicine artificial cycle;TEAS group additionally undergone electro-acupuncture treatment;Life intervention in blank group. Oberved changes in serum sex hormone,AMH,sinus follicular number before and after intervention. Results:1.obvious decrease of basal FSH and E2 of the level and increase of antral follicle number after 3 month′s intervention in TEAS group and Medicine artificial cycle group(P0.05). Conclusions:The TEAS could modulate the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary axis of the patients with ovarian low response,improve the ovarian Reaction.The research results of the improvement of ovarian function with ovarian low response provide the theory basis and a new treatment method.
