摘  要:目的探讨甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶MTRR A66G基因多态性与男性不育的关系。方法选取少、弱精症患者64例和无精症患者74例为实验组,精液正常且有正常孕育史的男性102例为对照组,用荧光定量PCR方法分析MTRR基因型,分析MTRR A66G基因多态性在三组中分布的差异。结果少、弱精组与对照组相比,MTRR A66G各基因型的频率差异没有显著性意义(P>0.05);无精组与对照组相比,MTRR A66G各基因型的频率差异也没有显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论在健康人、无精症患者和少、弱精症患者中,基因多态性分布无显著差异,叶酸代谢相关基因甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶MTRR A66G可能不是男性不育的独立遗传危险因素。Objective:To investigate the association of MTRR A66 G with male infertile in Fujian area.Methods:The experimental group included 64 males with oligozoospermia and 74 males with azoospermia. The control group included 102 fertile males with sperm quality and normal fertility.To analyze the differences in the frequency of genetic polymorph of MTRR A66 G in the 3 groups by RTFQ-PCR technique. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of the MTRR A66 G genotypes between oligozoospermia groups and controls(P0.05);No difference was found in the gene frequency of the MTRR A66 G genotypes between azoospermia groups and controls(P0.05). Conclusion:This study suggests that the gene polymorphism which involed in folic metabolism MTRR A66 G was not significantly different from the males with azoospermia、oligozoospermia and controls and MTHFR C677 T may not be independent genetical risk factors of male infertile.
