摘　　要：针对铜冶炼强度不断提高暴露出的熔炼反应效率低、吹炼过程不受控,火法精炼能耗高等一系列问题,金隆铜业有限公司通过自主研发及产学研合作,开发了一系列具有自主知识产权的闪速炉高强度熔炼、转炉智能数控等关键技术及装备,并成功应用,取得了显著的经济与社会效益。Direct at the improved copper smelting strength exposed melting reaction efficiency is low, the blowing process is not controlled, high energy consumption of fire refining a series of problems, through independent research and development and research cooperation, Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd has developed a series of independent intellectual property rights of the high strength of flash smelting, key technology and equipment such as CNC intelligent converter, and successful application has achieved significant economic and social benefits.
