摘 要:用两步简便方法合成了基于咔唑基的荧光探针2,6-二(9-乙基咔唑-3氨甲基)-4-叔丁基苯酚,并对其光谱性能和离子选择性进行了研究.结果表明:在pH=7.4的体系中,该化合物对铜离子具有较强的选择性,铜离子的出现使得该探针在438nm处的荧光猝灭,且猝灭程度和铜离子浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系.A novel carbazole derivative,2,6-(9-ethyl carbazole-3-aminomethyl)-4-tert-butylphenol has been synthesized by reacting 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole with 4-tertiary-butyl-2,6-dialdehyde phenol and characterized by 1 H NMR,IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.2,6-(9-ethyl carbazole-3-aminomethyl)-4-tert-butylphenol displays strong fluorescence emission at 438 nm which is effectively and selectively quenched by Cu^(2+) ion.Experimental results indicate that 2,6-(9-ethyl carbazole-3-aminomethyl)-4-tert-butylphenol binds to Cu^(2+) ion with a 1∶1chemical stoichiometric ratio and the association constant is 2.24×104L·mol-1.2,6-(9-ethyl carbazole-3-aminomethyl)-4-tert-butylphenol can provide a rapid,selective and sensitive response to Cu^(2+) ion in a linear dynamic range 1.0-20μmol/L at pH=7.4.Interference test shows that common mental ions have no interference to the Cu^(2+) ion determination.It is anticipated that 2,6-(9-ethyl carbazole-3-aminomethyl)-4-tert-butylphenol can be a good candidate probe and has potential application for Cu^(2+) determination in aqueous solution.
