摘 要:以中国水产科学研究院为例,总结了其渔业科技平台的建设现状以及在引领科技创新、促进成果产出、人才培养、条件建设等方面取得的建设成效。面对渔业发展新形势,分析表明其存在着布局系统性不足、顶级平台不多、运行机制不完善等问题,并针对性地提出了加强系统布局、打造精品平台、开发平台网络管理系统等发展建议,旨在为渔业科研院所的科技平台建设提供参考。Through the case study of Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences( CAFS),the paper summarized the development status of fishery scientific and technological platforms of CAFS,which achieved in leading scientific and technological innovation, promoting research achievements, talent-development and infrastructure construction. Facing of the new situation,there were still some problems such as lack of systemic layout,absent in top level platforms,and imperfect in running mechanism. Suggestions for promoting the development of the platforms were also put forward,such as emphasizing systemic layout,laying stress on the construction of top level platforms and developing network management system for the platforms,which aimed to provide references for the construction of scientific and technological platforms of fishery scientific research institutes.
