摘　　要：随着城镇化的不断推进,建设工程项目不断增多,规模不断扩大,建筑垃圾量呈现快速上升趋势,占城市垃圾的比重不断变大。建筑垃圾是未被利用的资源,其潜藏着巨大的经济效益与生态效益。本文从企业视角来研究建筑垃圾资源化,旨在理顺市场、政府、企业三者之间的关系,分析了目前建筑垃圾资源化的发展状况、存在问题,并提出了相应的对策。With the continuous promotion of urbanization, construction projects continue to increase, the scale continues to expand, the amount of construction waste showed a rapid upward trend, accounting for the proportion of urban waste continues to grow. Construction waste is an abandoned resource, which has great economic and ecological benefits. This paper from the enterprise perspective to study the construction waste recycling, to straighten out the market, the relationship between the government and enterprises of the three, the analysis of the current development situation, construction waste resources and existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
