摘  要:王洼二矿以往采用的厚煤层分层综采工艺,存在巷道掘进率高、支护难度大、维护量大等问题,制约了企业经济效益的提高和矿井规模的扩大。为了探索采煤工艺变革的可行性,笔者选择该矿215021工作面为试验工作面,开展煤层的可放性研究。通过对该工作面主采的5煤物理特性指标的实验研究,笔者确定了高韧性煤层的物理力学性质,然后运用多种方法对煤层的可放性进行综合评价,并通过工程实践,确立了王洼二矿5煤综放开采工艺的可行性,经济效益显著。Wangwa No.2 Mine has adopted the deep coal seam stratified fully mechanized mining technology, which has the problems of high tunneling rate, large difficulty in supporting and large maintenance, which restricts the improvement of enterprise's economic efficiency and the expansion of mine scale. In order to explore the feasibility of coal mining process change, the author selected the 215021 working face for the test surface, to carry out the release of coal seam. Based on the experimental study on the physical properties of the 5 coal mining, the physical and mechanical properties of the high toughness coal seam are determined, and then the method can be used to evaluate the releaseability of the coal seam. Through the engineering practice, The feasibility and economic benefit of 5 coal fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology in "Wangwa No.2 Mine.
