广西连片贫困地区耕地生态足迹和生态承载力时空动态研究——以左右江革命老区为例

摘　　要：文章选取具有连片贫困县典型特征的左右江革命老区贫困县为例,应用耕地生态足迹模型和Arc GIS平台,计算其在2005、2010、2015年这3个时间节点上的耕地生态足迹和生态承载力,对该区域的耕地生态足迹、生态承载力、生态盈亏、生态压力情况进行时空动态研究分析,并对左右江革命老区贫困县耕地生态安全提出建议。研究结果表明:左右江革命老区20个贫困县总体来说,大部分贫困县的耕地人均生态足迹和生态承载力都有增长的趋势,但增长较为缓慢;极少部分出现负增长。大多数贫困县由耕地人均生态赤字变为生态盈余,耕地生态压力指数逐年下降,即耕地生态越来越安全,但也有极少部分出现反常现象。研究结果可为科学制定耕地利用规划,为制定有针对性的耕地扶贫政策提供科学依据。This paper selects the typical poverty-stricken counties of the poor old revolutionary base areas around the river county as an example,the application of cultivated land ecological footprint model and ArcGIS platform, calculated in 2005. 2010. 2015 years of the three time node on the cultivated land ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity, ecological footprint of arable land in the region, ecological capacity, ecological deficit, ecological pressure this study analyzes the temporal dynamics,and puts forward some suggestions on the impoverished county land revolution around the river ecological security.The results show that： the revolutionary base areas around the river in twenty poor counties in general,arable land most poor county per capita ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity There is a growing trend, but the growth is slow;few negative growth.Most of the poor county by the ecological deficit per capita arable land into farmland ecological StLrplus,ecological pressure index of cultivated land decreased year by year, is more and more security, but there are few abnormal phenomena.The research results can develop the land use planning for science.Provide a scientific basis for the development of the land policy of poverty alleviation.
