摘　　要：党建是马克思主义建党理论同党的建设实践的统一,是马克思主义党的学说的应用,既是理论科学,实践活动又是约法规章。在我党长期执政的历史条件下,推进党的建设是一项伟大工程。结合医院这个目标载体,在医院开展党建工作具有更重要的意义,广西中医药大学第一附属医院作为广西壮族自治区省立中医医院,在党建工作中坚持"四位"一体,重点突出中医药文化建设,不断加强和改进党的建设,促进了医院的全面协调发展。The party is the unity of the marxism party building theory with the party＇s construction practice,is the party＇s application of the doctrine of marxism, is a scientific theory,practice and contract regulations.Under the historical conditions of our party＇s long-term governance,it is a great project to push forward the party＇s construction.Combined with the hospital this goal the carrier,in the hospital to carry out the party construction of more important significance,as the guangxi zhuang autonomous region provincial traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital,in the party construction work adhere to the ＂four＂,highlight the cultural construction of traditional Chinese medicine,constantly strengthen and improve party building,promote comprehensive,balanced development of the hospital.
