摘　　要：从政府、企业以及消费者3个维度,系统分析了可持续供应链管理的影响因素,并应用DEMATEL方法定量分析了因素间的相互作用,根据量化结果进行因果分类和重要性分析,指出管理者的支持与承诺、政策与机制、员工参与度、宣传教育等因素是影响企业实施可持续供应链管理的关键因素。因此,应加强政府引导、健全政策机制、强化宣传推广并鼓励企业管理者支持与承诺,以此推动我国企业实施可持续供应链管理。This paper analyzes influence factors for the sustainable supply chain management from standpoints of government, enterprise and consumers systematically, and analyzes quantitatively the interaction between factors on the basis of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory （DEMATEL）. Then it makes the casual classification and analysis of importance according to quantized results, pointing that the support and commitment from the managers, policy and mechanism, employee participation and publicity and education and so on are key factors influencing the sustainable supply chain management of enterprise. Therefore, strengthening the government＇s guidance, improving the policy and mechanism, en- hancing the promotion for sustainable supply chain management and encouraging the managers to support and commitment are effective means for the implementation of the sustainable supply chain management of enterprise in China.
