摘　　要：高校毕业生档案记载着大学生在校期间的学习、生活及各种表现,是大学生成长的历史记录,是大学生就业、择业以及用人单位选拔人才的重要资料信息。就新建地方本科院校毕业生档案管理存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出具体对策和建议,以期提升新建地方本科院校毕业生档案管理科学化水平。College graduates＇ files record their study, life and all kinds of performance in the school. It is a historical record of college students＇ growth. It is also the important information for not only graduates in their job-hunting and working, but also for employers in selecting talents. This paper analyzes the main problems of graduates＇ files management in newly built local colleges, and puts forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions in order to enhance the scientific level of graduates ＇ archives management in newly built local colleges.
