摘　　要：在新型城镇化背景下从人口质量、经济质量、生活质量、环境质量和统筹城乡质量五个方面构建云南省城市发展质量统计指标体系,运用基于熵权的TOPSIS方法针对云南省各州市及六大城市群进行统计综合评价分析。研究表明,除省会昆明以外,其他各州市的城市发展质量普遍偏低,并且各区域内城市发展极不平衡。最后,根据综合评价结果探讨云南省城市发展过程中存在的优势与不足,提出若干对策建议。This paper builds the statistic index system of urban development quality in Yunnan province from five aspects： quality of population, economics, life, environment and urban and rural overall development under the new urbanization, using TOPSIS method based on the entropy weight for the cities in Yunnan province and six urban agglomeration to do the analysis of statistical comprehensive evaluation. The results show that urban development quality of the cities is generally low in addition to the provin-cial capital city of Kunming, and the regional urban development is unbalanced. The comprehensive evaluation result shows some advantages and disadvantages that exist in the process of city development in Yunnan province,and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward based on the results.
