超滤膜在南郊水厂改造中的应用

摘　　要：对常规流程-超滤组合工艺的水质进行分析,得出可用超滤工艺取代滤池,并进一步从短流程超滤组合工艺出水水质和膜污染两个方面分析了超滤取代滤池的可行性。分析结果表明,对于新建水厂建议采用短流程超滤工艺,但要注意防止碳泥进入膜池;对于老水厂改建,受场地限制可以将滤池改建成超滤膜池。Uhrafihration could be used to replace a filter tank by analyzing the water quality of conventional-procedure/UF combined process. And the feasibility of replacement of filter by UF was analyzed from the two aspects of effluent quality and membrane fouling of short-procedure/UF combined process. Finally, it was suggested that the short procedure UF process should be adopted for new water treatment plant construction, but it was necessary to prevent the carbon clay from entering the membrane pool ; for the renovation of waterworks, the filter could be converted into the UF membrane pool for site restriction.
