摘  要:目的综合评价大连市2014-2016年麻疹监测系统(MSS)运转质量。方法采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对大连市2014-2016年麻疹监测的8个指标进行纵向评价,对各区市县的7个指标进行横向评价。结果2014-2016年大连市MSS运转质量逐年提高,甘井子区、金普新区、旅顺口区质量较高,长兴岛临港工业区、瓦房店市、中山区质量较差。结论大连市实现了MSS升级优化后的平稳过渡,MSS运转质量较高;TOPSIS法综合评价MSS,结果直观可靠,具有推广价值。Objective To conduct a synthetic evaluation of the quality of measles surveillance from 2014-2016 in Dalian.Methods Weighted Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution( TOPSIS) was used to evaluate 8 quality indicators during the period of 2014 to 2016.A comparison had been made among districts and counties using 7 indicators in Dalian from 2014 to 2016.Results From 2014 to 2016,MSS operation quality increased year by year in Dalian.At the prefecture level,Ganjingzi District,Jinpu New District and Lvshun District were toper ranked,and Changxing Island Harbor Industrial Zone,Wafangdian City and Zhongshan District were lower ranked.Conclusion Dalian achieved a smooth transition after the optimization of MSS upgrade. MSS has a high operating quality. Comprehensive evaluation of MSS by TOPSIS has a reliable result and has the value of popularization.
