摘 要:美国F .H .Chung提出的K值法近几年来在建材等部门得到了推广和应用。基于K值法 ,我们采用计算机软件来计算峰的面积 ,从而提高结果的准确性。用化学纯原料制成水泥熟料中的四个主要矿物即C3S ,C2 S ,C3A和C4 AF ;然后再用K值法对水泥熟料中的四个主要矿物进行定量分析研究 ,同时研究不同定量峰、参比物对结果的影响。实验研究结果表明 。K value method has been widely used and applied in building materials quantitative analysis. Computer software is adopted to calculate the peak area to make the value more accurate. The four main contents in cement clinker (C 3S, C 2S, C 3A, C 4AF) were prepared by CP raw materials, and then were studied quantitatively by XRD K value method. The effects of different quantitative peaks and referring materials on the results were also studied. It is shown that XRD K value method can be used to measure the contents (C 2S, C 2S, C 3A, C 4AF) in the cement clinkers quantitatively.
