摘  要:目的研究丹参多糖对SHR高血压大鼠血压和COX-2基因表达的影响。方法将SHR高血压模型大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和丹参多糖给药组,各7只,分别给予生理盐水、卡托普利40 mg/kg、丹参多糖40 mg/kg灌胃给药。观察大鼠血压及COX-2基因表达情况。结果丹参多糖给药组大鼠收缩压、舒张压均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心脏COX-2基因的表达下调(P<0.01)。结论丹参多糖具有明显的降压活性、下调COX-2基因的表达作用,是其降血压作用机制之一。Objective To study the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharides on blood pressure and COX-2 gene' s expression in SHR hypertensive rats. Methods SHR hypertensive rats were randomized into the negatvie control group, positive control group, and Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharides group of 7 in each group, and they were given normal saline, Captopril 40 mg/kg, Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharids 40mg/kg respectively by intragastric administration. COX-2 gene' s expression was observed. Results In Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharides group, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were both lowered and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the expressions of COX-2 gene in the heart showed downward regulation. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza polysaccharides have obvious activity to lower the blood pressure, regulate the expression of COX-2 gene, which are one of the mechanism of it to lower the blood pressure.
