癌症生存者不能成为“失医者”

摘　　要：随着医疗技术的提高,癌症死亡率下降,癌症生存者逐渐成为一个庞大的群体。但是现有的医疗模式和医疗制度没有对这一人群给予足够的关注,使他们成为事实上的"失医者"。为解决这一问题,国外的同行们已经着手制定诊疗指南,旨在改善癌症生存者的生存质量。根据目前我国癌症患者的情况,可将癌症生存者分为两大类,即:"完全康复的癌症生存者"和"期待康复的癌症生存者"。不同的癌症生存者群体有各自的特殊需求。无论处于何种情况,他们都需要社会的关注和善待,从而摆脱失医状态,得到最适宜的治疗。With the improvement of the technology, cancer mortality declined, and cancer survivors gradually became a large group of person.The present medical form and health care system didn＇t pay attention to this group, and led to them become the person loss of medical treatment.To resolve the problem, the foreign colleagues had established guidelines to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors.According to the current situation of the cancer patients in our country, the cancer survivors can be divided to two groups： ＂fully rehabilitative cancer survivors＂ and ＂cancer survivors who expect rehabilitation＂.The different cancer survivor groups have their own special needs.Under whatever circumstances, they all require the attention and treatment kindly from society to help them dispense from the status loss of medical treatment and get the most appropriate treatment.
