摘　　要：探讨磷酸肌酸钠对脓毒症患者心功能保护作用。选取脓毒症患者70例随机分为常规治疗组(脓毒症常规治疗)和CP组(脓毒症常规治疗基础上加用CP),观察患者入ICU 0d、3d、7d外周血BNP水平、APACHEⅡ评分及入ICU 0d、7d LVEF、LVED、CO变化。发现入ICU 3d、7d与对照组比较BNP明显下降;CP组入ICU 7d时LVEF、CO较入ICU 0d有改善,LVED虽得到改善,但无统计学意义,治疗7d后CP组LVEF、CO较常规治疗组明显改善,APACHEⅡ评分降低、病死率降低。提示在脓毒症常规治疗基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠可改善脓毒症患者心功能,降低死亡率,改善预后。To evaluate the preservation of creatinine phosphate sodium for cardiac function＇s in patients with sepsis.Selected 70 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and CP group.Routine treatment group with sepsis routine therapy, CP group based on conventional treatment in sepsis combined with CP.Observation peripheral blood BNP level, the APACHE Ⅱ score of patients in ICU at 0ds, 3ds, 7ds , and the change of LVEF, LVED, CO of the patient in the ICU at 0d, 7d.Found that after 3ds, 7ds, the BNP decreased obviously compared with controls;after 7ds the LVEF, CO in CP group is improved compared with 0ds, the improvement of LVED is obvious, but there is no statistical significance, after 7 days＇ treatment, the CO, LVEF of CP group is improved significantly in the conventional treatment group,APACHE Ⅱ score is lower, and patients with lower mortality.In conclusion based on conventional treatment combined with sodium phosphocreatine can improve cardiac function in patients with sepsis, reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
